Potential Involvement Avenues for KSU Undergrads
First-Year Scholars
The First-Year Scholars Program is open to students in their first year at KSU with < 30 transfer credits excluding AP/dual enrollment (full eligibility here). It includes a paid stipend. Interestsed an eligible students can apply directly to the FYS program.
KSU Student Research Funds
- Undergraduate Research and Creative Activities - apply with a faculty mentor
- Summer Undergraduate Research Program (paid stipend) - apply with a faculty mentor
- RCHSS Student Research Fund - apply with a faculty mentor; for students in Radow College
Credit or Volunteer
- Directed Study (PSYC 4400) - earn course credit for research activities
- PSYC major capstone project
- Honors Learning Experiences (HLEs) - may include RA, directed study, and/or capstone
- Volunteer Undergraduate Research Assistant
